TD builder unit

Ok so I'm working on a TD and I'm wanting to make it so the builder is a flying unit, so what I went ahead and did was go into the data module and made a copy of the probe, renamed the copy as Builder, and I changed it's mover to Fly, and I also changed the collide options on the unit itself so it is Flying.

Problem I'm having is the unit doesnt apear, like there is no model for it, and in-game if I hit the idle worker select button, the game freezes.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

EDIT: Ok so i got it to register as a air unit and it will fly around and w/e but it still thinks like a ground unit and will only go up cliffs and such if i manually click on the side of the cliff on where it should go over it, so something with its pathing, I tried changing its AI Evaluation to that of the observer hoping that mite make it think like the observer, but no luck.

Any ideas on how I can make it no collide with the cliffs and it will just fly like a normal unit?

EDIT: NVM, figured it out lol :D

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

It would be helpful for others if you would post your solution or what you changed to make it work.

For the unit appearance, you need to copy/create an actor and link it to the unit.

For a flying unit, you need to change the "movement - mover" to flying and for air collision you need modify "stats - collide".

Plane array = Which weapons can attack the unit (ground and/or air).

Ya I never figured out how to do the actor linking so just ended up modifying the original probe.

Actor linking is in the actor file. It's the first token (top of the right side). There you have to chose the unit.

UndeadStar -- I wonder if that's what happened to me. A returned product (screen) was "officially lost" for a while before being found and refunded. Maybe it would have remained "lost" if I didn't communicate?

NudeRaider -- PSA: ASUS apparently decided their RMA department needs to "become profitable" and for a while now outright tries to scam customers. They were called out on it a year ago, promised to change, but didn't. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pMrssIrKcY so my recommendation: Stop buying ASUS, and if you already have and need something RMA'd, make sure to not let them bully you into paying.
