My technique requires
-2 shuttles with speed upgrade
- (2 reavers with full scarabs with 4 dark templars) Or just 4 full reavers :l
- and a distraction team
Warning! This worked in only all the "Fastest possible map" games so be aware it might not work in other places
1: Send your distraction team, then head them out
2: While your enemy chases them, send the reavers behind the mineral patch
3: Unload reavers, destroy workers, and cheese it before they know it
It worked so much times, I am happy with the results

So your pretty much describing the WELL KNOWN "reaver drop" and throwing in dt's for the lulz. You could do this with any unit that has splash for any race with their race transport. Ovies and lurkers, Science vessels with irridiate, HT's and shutttles. Their are many ways to destory eco in fastest. That said,
tl;dr on the OP: see my avatar.

It's called:
-Float CC over opponent's minerals while performing a suicidal tank drop
-WIN.

... Their is no high ground on fastest. If it does then it's just a map with stacked minerals and not fastest.

It's actually more effective to float an engineering bay over an enemy's resources and then bunker//marine rush them. Works everytime.

? Cover the scv so that it can't be targeted? is that the point of the floating building? I'd assume the vision bonus but is it even necessary in a fastest game?

It's so they can't order workers to mine.
Fastest does not qualify as strategy here. Take your garbage somewhere else.
