(Hopefully) Fixed overlapping and conflicting AI scripts
- Removed Tank Hero Edmund Duke (as wasn't originally a hero in this mission anyways)
- Reduced AI difficulty on some of the Terran AI

- Added Resources to Player 3 AI (Duke's Forces). This should allow them to build units now (as they originally didn't have the money to do so).
