Project Miranda is a TC by Lord_Agamemnon. It changes all three races almost beyond recognition. The Nerien Guard rely on infantry and stealth, the Galactic Armada utilize air superiority and explosives, and the Mirandites gain an advantage in swarms and adaptability.
