Not much too it. There are two factions, Guerrillas and Special Operatives. Both are trying to destroy each others bases. Really, I've never seen anything like it, so just play it

But a twist is that guerrillas, while weak, blend in with their civilian counterparts.

A bit disappointing, really. The description makes it seem like it'd be a fairly fun map, but the execution, gameplay, and aesthetics of it totally ruin the whole thing.
