Poopies. Just Poopies.

I'm sure all of you remember that old StarCraft: Insurrection thing. It was this decent campaign back then made by Aztech New Media. It had horrible maps and cheesy voice acting too. Lousy triggers and terribly easy missions. Its the worst. But for some odd reason, I loved it. Now I want to remake it, make it into something acceptable in today's standards of SCUMS.

Hence why I'm trying to find a way to contact Aztech New Media. The thing is, the company's long dead. Here's my question: Is there a way to ask permission for this? They left no trace of their contacts AT ALL. Or should I just go ahead without asking permission since its been a long time now and all the legal stuff has expired?

I'm using BSTRhino's Ultimate Doom mod as a base. I'll just be adding some cosmetics like portraits, music, etc. However, I'd love to have my own mod but that's going to be another post.

Sort of wish that the SCBW Modding Community was still active. </3

Just here for the pie

I don't think anyone will care if you remake it. Blizzard probably doesn't want to even remember that campaign (if they did it'd be available digitally) and it's not like they've ever cracked down on Starcraft 1 maps.

They might send a team out here to silence him in that case.
