Once in a while I login to my account, but it doesn't log me in. I enter my username and password, and press login. It loads the forum page, but it usually loads the portal when it does log me in. It just still says I'm a "Guest". So I go to log in again, and it works.

UndeadStar -- I wonder if that's what happened to me. A returned product (screen) was "officially lost" for a while before being found and refunded. Maybe it would have remained "lost" if I didn't communicate?
