I'm hosting a Skype chat for SEN! The shoutbox is cool and all, but sometimes it's necessary to be able to contact other people over another medium. SEN skype is also fun

Are you doing this right now? I'd have to run out to my car to get a headset, and I'd have to install skype again. I think my name is fire_kame or firekame. That or else it is probably first.last3 or something >_< and if that's the case YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN.

Nobody is voice chatting afaik. It seems to be solely text atm. Of course that could change with the click of a button.

I don't use skype for voice, it is terrible. But I'll text chat all day if you got something interesting to talk about (probably not :3).

Good idea, but this should really be an IRC chat. Skype is such a bloated program and it's intrusive. I refuse to install it despite that I'd like to use the service.
But IRC is much more accessible, and doesn't cost any resources for me as I have trillian.

I must be an idiot, because I've never figured out how to get IRC to work on my computer. Wait, mibbit is IRC isn't it? That's all I've been able to accomplish.

I did write a guide for IRC. I don't know why everyone hates it so much -- the main complaint was that it wasn't directly accessible from SEN.
And with that, I fail to see how a bloated-and-probably-being-eavesdropped Skype chat is so nice.

With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort[2024-5-05. : 9:35 pm]
