Example post containing the issue:
http://www.staredit.net/297494/If you look at the BB code, each video is separated by merely a space - no line break. However, when posted, there is a line break after each video. This is a detriment to the control of the poster and also to readers of the forum; it leads to unnecessarily tall threads when I honestly want to keep my videos embedded on one line. Thus, it is very annoying.
So is it all right to take less than a minute to fix this?
I order you to forgive yourself!
I looked at the code:
<object width="425" height="344">
<br> (This does the line break.)
<param name="movie" value="
http://www.youtube.com/v/SomethingGoesHere"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"><embed src="
http://www.youtube.com/v/SomethingGoesHere" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344">
</object>
I went on youtube, and it seems like the new code to embed a video looks like this:
<iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/SomethingGoesHere?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The outdated embed is also causing youtube videos to not show up in SEN posts when viewed through an iDevice. I'm not sure if this is the case with other smartphones/mobile devices.
None.

It's the case with anything that chose HTML5 and not Flash, I think.
None.
Will we see any fixes or are there other stuff on your plate?

This is part of the core PHP code that translates BBCode into HTML. I can't touch it.
(I can't really touch anything -- as of the last time I tried, months ago, my FTP access wasn't working. But even if it was, I can only access the skin files and this is an issue in the site core.)
None.
