Is there a possibility to a unit like a Terran Valkyrie build interceptors
OBS: The Terran Valkyrie in question has already a weapon, can it build interceptors with these weapon included?
I really need to know, I've been trying to do it with the Valk, but I'm not getting success, I don't know if it is possible or not.

The Carrier's weapon system is very hard-coded. Non-carrier/reaver units don't even have the variables that store the hanger data as far as I know.

I am pretty sure you can change the limit of interceptors and scarabs the units can build, I think FireGraft had an option to do such. I'm not entirely sure about this, though.

Through firegraft you can change the initial amount a carrier or reaver can hold but you cannot change the upgrade amount. IE you can make the initial 12 then the upgrade will make it 16, or have the initial 20 then the upgrade will make it 24. The upgrade always gives it 4 more.

You are incorrect.
FireGraft allows the user to change the initial capacity of the Carrier and the capacity of an upgraded/Hero Carrier.
(In the EXE Edits tree: Upgrades -> Capacity -> Carrier Capacity.)
Unless you have some sort of system in place to grant Interceptors or the Interceptors are nigh invulnerable, I do not recommend setting the capacity to anything very high (>20), especially if the build time of the Interceptor is anything more than 5 seconds. It is highly inconvenient, and I say that from experience.
In the exact same tree EXE Edits you can go Upgrades > Capacity > Reaver Capacity and increase the effect of the scarab capacity upgrade from 5 scarabs to any number. The carrier upgrade is hardcoded but the reaver is flexible.
