TheProgramer posted a melee map here.

http://www.staredit.net/topic/9876/

I find his description quite elegant compared to the majority of maps you see on battle.net. This man is intelligent and competent (even though Excalibur denies this) .

The moderator, Excalibur, whom is supposed to set an example for the rest of the community, was rather offensive to a member of our community.

Excalibur -- Bitches don't know bout my high melee section standards.

My question is: Who moderates the moderators? We moderate our government through our right and power to vote. What is the case here?

None.

By some freak whim of IP (site owner) Excalibur was escalated from a regular member to an Admin and after everyone voted to depose him he was given the pity position of Global Moderator. Technically he moderates the moderators and the Admins Moderate him.

In the case you've provided, yes, I agree he was being a douche and if I had moderation powers in that section I would've given him severity for it, as he has made the Melee section very inhospitable.

Terribly imbalanced and useless for anything approximating competitive play. Its supposed concept is unusable at any level of melee play, since it has no expo layout, just the mains and the big expos on the sides. You can't do that. You also can't just throw bridges and narrow passages in and say WELL ALTHOUGH ITS TIGHT AND NARROW I THINK T WONT BE IMBA BECAUSE OF X, X representing some idea you have that you think makes any difference, which it doesn't. You have no idea what you're doing, and if you haven't read the stickies in this section located here and here you should not be posting. These are the rules.

You should really know how bad this is by looking at it, and if you should throw such a half assed attempt into this section without reading the stickies, you will be receiving severity. Consider this your only warning, maps like this are not welcome here.
we all know that excalibur can be a bit offense, and in this post it is only the red marked text, else than that I have to agree, how else would you give a feedback that is so appropriate like Ex's?

I think the capitalized phrase is offensive. Normally it's offensive to type in capitals, but Excalibur made it a point to mock him there.

Your best bet to challenge a moderator is to PM Moose or IP and explain your case. No one besides them really can do anything for you.
