I have altered the rules. Pray I do not alter them further.

But seriously, I think that the bullet form is much easier to understand and use. Several things have been condensed and a few added. Some mispellings and grammatical errors have been fixed. Important sections that I would recommend for a re-read (because we've all read the rules, right?) are "Being Dense", "Being a Dick", "Grammar/Spelling" and "Respect the Staff".

Taylor Swift -- I think it would have been smarter to buff zerg rather than nerf reaper build times, but Blizzard likes balancing with nerfs rather than buffs.
