Back* from the grave

Two smilies in the same post, even with smilies disabled, the second smiley still gets shown as a smiley. :awesome: :awesome:

EDIT: I lied.

Under? Below? It seems perfectly normal to me.

OVERWATCH STATUS GO

Yeah, I guess "behind" might be a better way to phrase it. :)

Here's what it looks like for me:

EDIT:
I found this on a different site regarding images showing up behind an embedded YouTube video:
Quote
your YouTube BBCode HTML replacement looks something like this:
Code
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://{SIMPLETEXT1}youtube.com/v/{SIMPLETEXT2}&hl=en_US&fs=1?rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://{SIMPLETEXT1}youtube.com/v/{SIMPLETEXT2}&hl=en_US&fs=1?rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Simply add wmode="transparent" after type="application/x-shockwave-flash" so you end up with:
Code
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://{SIMPLETEXT1}youtube.com/v/{SIMPLETEXT2}&hl=en_US&fs=1?rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://{SIMPLETEXT1}youtube.com/v/{SIMPLETEXT2}&hl=en_US&fs=1?rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Maybe that will fix it?

Seems reliable, Devlin. I do know that Flash has different display modes, and the default can cause some issues in some browsers when it comes to overlapping objects. Wasn't aware those kinds of problems still existed, though.

None.

haha awesome pic poison. I can clearly remember when he posted it at our project board how much everyone drooled. ^^

Testing if the youtube bug was fixed or not...

Edit: Nope it wasn't... Click the picture to see what I mean.
We also shouldn't be able to scroll while viewing enlarged images.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

The youtube + pictures thing works with Opera 11.11 on a Win7 system perfectly and with Firefox 4.1, too. :)
BUT shrink image to fit window doesn't work properly. It didnt shrink enough. I still had 2 scrollbars :) but I could only scroll a few pixels vertically.

Ultraviolet -- Yeah, I suppose there's something to that

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless
[2024-5-06. : 5:02 am]
Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value
[2024-5-06. : 5:01 am]
Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Ultraviolet -- Vrael
Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
[2024-5-06. : 12:51 am]
Oh_Man -- definitely EUD
