Ever since I updated my Ubuntu to 9.04, I've had a little issue with Firefox. Upon being prompted for a flash player plugin, I accidentally set it to the GNOME Swfdec player, which is pretty much nonfunctional. On the plugins info window (Tools>Manage Content Plugins), the listed plugin for application/x-shockwave-flash is Swfdec. However, when I try to change it, there are no other options besides "Search". A search returns three possibilities, including the Adobe one, which is what I want. When I try to download and install it, it says it is already installed and aborts. I think I'm missing something simple here, but as long as Flash isn't working it's bothering me big time.
Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
