Quick question: If I write a plugin, how do I compile the source into a qdb? (In other words, how do I compile it so that I can add it to FG?) Compile it into a DLL in some C++ compiler, right? Then what?
Oh, I downloaded LocUnlock's source to try to learn how to write plugins. If I just removed his EnableDebug() function/method/whatever it's called in C++ and replaced it with my own, would it work? Or would I have to do something else as well?

Depends what compiler you use, easiest way to compile would be:
1) Get Dev-C++, install, then run
2) In the menu do Tools>Compiler Options
3) Add a new compiler set with the + button, name it QDP or something
4) Click "Add the following commands when calling compiler"
5) In the edit box below the above checkbox, place "-shared -o PLUGIN_NAME.qdp -Wl,QDPlugin.def -lversion" (this creates a dll but gives the filename the qdp extension)
6) Now you just hit the compile button on the main cpp file of your dll

Also, can you answer my second question?
None.

If you had even tried to learn C++ you should be able to answer that question... Yes, as long as you pass/return the correct types.
Thanks for all the help, poiuy.
