Icon might be because FG can't handle anything except 1 specific icon dimensions. Should be in the read-me, I think it's 32x32 off the top of my head. Not sure though...

okay ive realized that the icon of probe in the Command Center is available once i have a Nexus! imeans i need a nexus building just to make a unit probe available in Command center. i guess ill just make the three worker as a starter workers
to make three races available.

okay lets skip the question above since i wont be needing that

This time ive disabled the race restriction of repair but it wont work on the actual game and it surprise me to see that the opponent can do it ( i think i saw an enemy scv repairing its ally protoss carrier tough it may be just my imagination).

if it happen i add a repair command on a probe can it repair a protoss unit or will it crash bec some things is needed first?

also the nydus canal, i disable the race restriction on nydus canal but my unit from other race (marine) can't enter to it.

next is about USE TECH in .dat req. how can i add some requirement to this for example
i want a siege tank to siege mode only if a player has a a certain unit like.. Civilian.
iv'e done that on Research Tech tough...

and one more thing i add a button RALLY POINT on a certain building like Comsat Station and add a unit that can be trained there but the rally point wont work. the unit i trained just appear beside the building.

With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
