Jokingly, a past Mayor of the city said that they would eventually wall up this city, isolate itself, becoming the home to all sorts of crime. This [i]joke[/i] was called [b]The Future Prison[/b] across the internet, people saying it's the greatest idea since sliced bread. URB took this joke and made it reality, as giant barricades were placed around the city and the world's over populated prisons were lightened as they threw life-terms and death row convicts within its walls. Guard jobs at [i]Lost Lives Lockup[/i] were deemed inhumane by URB after a large riot took place but a year after the prison was established and they sealed up all openings within the barricades. Large automated batteries were set-up around the perimeter of the city to ensure the conviction of the city's occupance. After a few years, the city became self-sufficient. Laws were eventually made by the URB, but they were basic and considered very-unrestricting. They were three put in place: One, the city's occupance are to never leave it's walls. Two, all children born within the walls are, sadly, issued a life-sentence at birth. Thirdly, the creation of large scale weaponry within the city's walls is considered an act of war. All the convictions of crime now-a-days end up with one possible outcome: Isolation from the sane world, meaning a one-way ticket to the only prison in the world, if thats what you want to call it. All the weapons in the game have nothing at all to do with your unit... nothing. Perhaps, for the lulz, you should actually get a map done before announcing it, to save our poor little excitement nerves. Also, not announcing it would probably make you want to finish it more, as you wouldn't get all the hype spent before completion.

That last one you said, payne, was pretty good. I think that they did build large scale weaponry, meaning war, which = conflict, which = storyline.

I really need my laptop to get back from it's manufacturer so I can start jamming, but I am sadly restricted on this weak 256mb desktop :( If you really want some more info, talk to me or one of the other fine co-authors of this piece. As for who the heroes are, they are newly thrown in convicts.
