I downloaded the advisor for Windows Vista. And it said my System requirments were fine, but that Vista would not support my 8800GTS device. Anyone know if there is a way I can get around this and use vista with my 8800GTS?

It'll support it.
If you want to make sure ahead of time, go borrow a Vista disc (or download it) from someone and you can install a 30-day trial without the use of a cd-key.
