I uploaded some jauns, and now I can't remove them. I tried resyncing then removing, no luck, and it's been a few days now. Any help?

Yeah I removed a link to one of my maps that I posted in a forum and my Global Space didn't increase... :-(

Try going to My Controls > Attatchments, resyncing, then delete. It's worked for me before, but for some reason won't work now.

Yea dude I get the same error. Unfortunately you and me are the only people posting in this forum and neither of us knows what's going on....

Something I forgot to look into is maybe they (Administrators) are either working on it, or they plan to in the future, or its never been done, and it will be soon. (New feature) Something like this...

All the same, I wish someone else would post in here and at least help us out.

This happened to me a while ago too. Then SEN went down, and came back up, and everything went back to normal. So I never got a chance to figure out what the problem was.

If you resync and it determines the file does not exist... then it lets you delete it.
I'm assuming IP doesn't want existing files to be deleted because it has to go the posts where the attachment appears and replace it with a message saying that an attachment was there, but is now deleted... and he never got around to coding that feature.

Oh. Thanks!

Edit: Nevermind... I deleted stuff from all the forums they were in, resynced and it still didn't let me delete. How do I get it to say it doesn't exist?

In the spirit of reviving Old Topics, I'd like to revive this one because now I can't update my map in my Map Productions forum because I've run out of Global Space because I Can't Delete Attatchments.

Just host them on MediaFire, attachments are handy, but you don't need to have them.
