-I'm trying to make him have controllable dwarf cannons, he hasn't really gotten back to me on that. -They are Zerg, most of the units are chosen. -He's going bigger, but it's a lot better. It's all done as well. -No news on this, but the rowbats were epic! -No doubt this will happen again. Sadly, I think he has failed us a wee bit on the layout so far, it's not as interesting as pirate dyne, which had a very unique layout, especially when it came to choke points etc. It was a very hard to defend map, as we learnt when trying to beat it the other day. That's 80% speculation, all he's shown me is his terrain, which is looking good, but I doubt it will have the same feel as pirate dyne. Tme will tell. I hope I've given some insight without blatantly spewing out exactly whats gunna happen. This is just what I've seen and he's told me. Not much more than you guys know. Can't wait to see what he uses as a kraken!

Lol. Well, I actually agree with you. The terrain isnt very fufilling at the moment, but Pirate Dyne's original layout wasn't the same as it is now, I changed it based on opinions, units getting stuck, balance and overall look. Just hold all bets till the last second ;D |

I think it should have 1 or 2 'Hubs' where the buildings are [smithy etc.] with some static defence, and on the temple terrain, maybe with some blending.

Cthulhu Defense.
Honestly, Cthulhu is a badass god and his minions would fit the Zerg. |

I just checked out PD 0.7 again and saw that the board walk type cliff terrain, was actually just the outside parts, and the inside parts wer the high dirt terrain. That was nice.

The terrain in Pirate Dyne was all done by mq3. It was blocky in places, but was awesoem to play on, hoping for something just as awesome this time

I hash added Gnomes alongside the Dwarves >:D
So far, progress is kinda slow. I'm getting a bit unmotivational, invite me to a TeamSpeak or Vent server, that usually helps me alot.

Gnomes are smaller smarter dwarves.
But yeah, they're only smart enough to build awesome shit. That doesn't mean they can use it. Sorry I couldn't get on vent, I'll be there tomorrow I promise |
