For some reason, an AI player on a test mod is acting up. I was testing the effect of modding on an AI's nuking capabilities. However, after some modifications, the AI is acting weird. It can for some reason nuke with an empty silo. When the nuke is supposed to come down, the game crashes. I somewhat remember seeing an EXE edit of this sort, but I cant find it anymore.
