This is a plugin that removes the swoosh animations from menu screens.

Nothing more than that, just sharing if anyone else is feeling annoyed when clicking through menus while testing mods.

1.16.1 only for now.

I won't parse those correctly - I do not remember why, maybe it was the embedded nulls in stat_txt.tbl, but I clip strings at the next offset in the table header and don't search for a nul byte
