Okay, I made a program in C++ that can find the amount of loops it will take for a given Binary Power to transfer a given number, I know it's kinda lame, but here it is:

And I included the source code if you want to make fun of my lame programming skills :P

If you don't have C++, just change it to a .txt and you can open it.
