This is mildly embarassing, but I can't find how to change a unit's minerals and gas cost. I've checked all the likely areas and it's far from obvious, to me at least.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

Maybe here?
