I was working on getting those stupid titles for each gun, lololol[2014-9-01. : 3:13 am] Moose -- Never got into Battlefield. My friends did, I tried, wasn't my thing. I'd rather play Reach or Black Ops.[2014-9-01. : 3:13 am] Moose -- For what CoD was, I thought Black Ops was great. I played that game too much. XD[2014-9-01. : 3:10 am] Moose -- The survival aspects were there, and the game was upfront about the "horror" being a joke. Well, unless you're scared of clowns, I guess.[2014-9-01. : 3:09 am] Moose -- Dead Rising felt more survival horror than RE4, even though it was a spoof on the genre.[2014-9-01. : 3:08 am] BloodyZombie117 -- Genre should be what the characters go through instead of what us gamers see... That stuff just makes the game funner.[2014-9-01. : 3:08 am] Moose -- And to be able to suplex people and have their heads explode on the ground. That's just being a badass.[2014-9-01. : 3:07 am] Moose -- Yeah, but then I have to imagine myself able to kick people's heads off after already surviving a whole zombie apocalypse, too.[2014-9-01. : 3:07 am] BloodyZombie117 -- Put yourself in Leon's shoes... Limited ammo, with creatures that aren't normal.[2014-9-01. : 3:06 am] Moose -- 4 was not at all in the survival horror genre, there were a few cheap pop out scares, but that was it. Things like the Keeper's Diary in REmake fucked with my head good.[2014-9-01. : 3:05 am] BloodyZombie117 -- If you think about it... It's still survival horror to the characters... Just not to us.[2014-9-01. : 3:05 am] BloodyZombie117 -- The original camera angles made RE what it was. Without it, it's not really RE anymore.[2014-9-01. : 3:04 am] Moose -- I haven't played past 4. I liked it, but felt like the series was on the edge of stupidity.[2014-9-01. : 3:04 am]  Dem0n -- RE5 was a fun shooter, at the very least. Not very RE-ish, but it was fun running around and killing zombies.[2014-9-01. : 3:04 am] BloodyZombie117 -- 4 campaigns, and fluid controls... Plus Leon's campaign was a complete reference to RE 2.[2014-9-01. : 3:03 am]  Excalibur -- I know every item location in every game mode of every port, A and B scenarios. Also, felt shitty when they released the original RE 1 on the DS. (Years after the amazing REmake)[2014-9-01. : 2:57 am] Jack -- TBH the RE books weren't amazing, although it was good to get more of the story[2014-9-01. : 2:57 am] BloodyZombie117 -- I rarely read books anymore. The only books I'll actually re-read are the Resident Evil ones.[2014-9-01. : 2:56 am] Moose -- I think it's a book about S&M or some shit which means what the average person thinks S&M is but actually isn't and is people doing it horribly wrong and being pretty abusive, actually.[2014-9-01. : 2:55 am] Jack -- But from what I heard, it's basically erotic literature for women or something |
