NudeRaider shouted: oh wait, it's only the driver crashing, not the whole machine? Then try different driver versions. Beta, old ones. Update Windows. Reinstall Windows with an older release. Try different over- and underclocks both natively or with MSI afterburner. See if there's a BIOS update for both mobo and GPU.
