On the other side of the city, another Mafia was out and about, and ready to kill the Lunatic. He spotted the clown, as he was busy cannibalizing NerdyTerdy's corpse, and quickly brought out his sword, swinging with a mighty leap at the Lunatic, but to no avail. The Lunatic swung once, twice, and three times, sending the Mafia into the wall, but not enough to damage him. Disgruntled, the Mafia came back out, this time with two semi-machine guns, and with rounds ablazin', tried to kill the Lunatic once more, but somehow, the Lunatic simply took the hits, and laughed. The Mafia couldn't believe his eyes. The Lunatic... was seemingly indestructible. "I'm under a vow to kill," the Lunatic spouted out in a creepy voice, "and you can quote me on that." Afraid for his life, the Mafian ran for it, and disappeared into the night.

I can't seem to link any of the other lunatic clues to him though. I guess the person who'd know is the mafia that tried to kill him.

UnderOATH is a christian softcore screaming band and they're under oath to god and the bible, in no way does that link to a vow to kill somebody.
Just because it's the same word... which in that case, if somebody sparks a lighter up, it must be me because it's a spark, and if it's not me it must be lil-inferno because there's a flame.
Or because somebody was stabbed, it must always be FatalException with his ninja avatar even if they use a swiss army knife engraved with the words "Not FatalException" it must be FatalException...
Or if somebody died to a gun, it must be CrimsonMagnum...

Those are poor analogies because they are things that are common in Mafia games. Some lunatic, however, randomly saying "I'm under a vow to kill" (especially worded oddly like that) is very likely to be a clue.
It doesn't matter what under oath actually refers to. Greo needs clue for Lunatic, looks at profile, sees Under Oath and makes an indirect reference to it.

See the DBZ and flying hat thing was the only remote evidence I could take from your writing, I think the problem here is not so much your clues are being obvious but more to the point, it's not being obvious enough O.O! We're forced to go with weak clues that have almost no strength behind them, form bandwagons and kill. We're just getting lucky. A clue that applied to multiple people but if you dug hard enough all came down to the same person, then we'd have to actually interpret clues and weigh it out... but nope, right now we're just getting lucky lulz!!
