Well I know some about T1 and such but,I have never had it or any other T whatever connection. All I know about it is it is faster then your normal cable or dsl speeds. My question is how to get T1 or higher and how to install it?Also what males it so fast?Normally I would know this but,for some reason I don't

T1 isn't that fast (1.5 mb/sec I believe). Yep, 1.544 Mb/sec. My cable back home is 8 Mb/sec, so a T1 line would be slower. From wikipedia,
"T1" now seems to mean any data circuit that runs at the original 1.544 Mbit/s line rate.
Also, don't bother becoming your own ISP. That you were asking about T1 says a lot.

T1 just has a lot of bandwidth, I believe, so many people can share a connection and have decent speeds.
But I really don't know much on this subject, others probably can give you more information. =\

As Felagund says, T1 is 1.544 mbps, which is slower than your average DSL or cable connection. It is twice as fast as ADSL for upload however (Bell Canada ADSL anyways). A T1 is more stable than a normal connection, plus the speed is usually more constant. This is because of better wiring usually, and a T1 is put on a fiber optics connection if there is one near where you want it.
My dad has an ISP, and he has a gigabit connection in the data centre cages and a 100 megabit connection at the office linked to the data centre gigabit. If you're planning on being an ISP, you need minimum 10 megabit on fiber optics to start with, 100 if you plan on doing colocation or server hosting.
If you are at a data centre, then you go through the data centre technicians to get a connection installed. The routing is done by the data centre or by your switch depending on the data centre. If you are not in a data centre, you can contact people who sell banwidth, they will usually get a connection to you. The bills for that kind of stuff ranges in the hundreds of dollars, starting at the lower hundreds and going up as you get more bandwidth.

Well no I am not plaining on being an isp I was just wondering what is so great about T1 and above and so far nothing. Also how the heck you got so much from dsl
.My cable is only like 150kb per sec thats not right man.Anyways thanks for the info.

T1 is 1.544 BOTH ways.
So it's got killer upload.

Ya T1 and other fiber optics have symmetrical connection meaning their download and upload speed are about the same.

Standard ADSL where I live is 5 mbps download 800 kbps upload. Some areas are now getting up to 24 mbps download with ADSL. Standard cable is at 7 mbps download. That is unless you take the intermediate plan with 512 kbps download, but it's really not worth it, you save like 7$ for 14 times less speed.
