How to switch to cartoon graphics in the ScmDraft2 editor?

Please, suggest any tips on editing MPQ or other stuff to make this.
I've found some methods extracting needed skin from game archive: https://github.com/saintofidiocy/SCR-Graphics/blob/0e73040f7343489486cdfdabad56a67e0e870ec9/main.c#L548. But it's not clear to how to used it for ScmDraft2.

O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- below the minimap should be a thing that says "Overlay Settings" with a little + button in the corner, press the + to expand it, uncheck Use Defaults, then change "Tile Overlay" to "Height"
