Every time I try to upload my map, I get an error message saying "File does not exist". The map size is only 250 KB.

Is it saved in a folder that requires elevated privileges?
This is 100% hear-say, but try uploading an empty text file then editing the uploaded file and replacing it with your map.

Not a bad idea, but the file extension must be the same.
Is it saved in a folder that requires elevated privileges?
No. I'm trying to upload the file from my desktop.
None.
I would guess that your end is fine and the file failed to get uploaded on the server for some reason, then the file not found is due to SENs map parser being unable to find it... maybe one of our mods could check it out?

I get this problem with some maps and other's have it as well. It's been like that for a while now.

Trying to edit a post that comes close to the character limit I noticed something similar. SEN just worked for 2-3 minutes but didn't submit - but no errors. Upon trying again it worked.
My guess is SENs server is so overloaded, that if your map is too big it takes too long to upload and at some point just cancels. If that's true, maybe the edit routine is faster / more stable. Or people tried again when SEN activity died down, so they server could process it.
Everything just speculation.
It has nothing to do with file size. I tried uploading a 50 KB map, same problem.
None.
Okay I tried uploading a 50 KB map for 3rd time and it worked. Then I edited the file and that worked.
