So, I recently found out about the ability for people to do #x2, and other numbers, in the game name to change the games actual speed. So, I did some science and made a map that would end after a specific amount of time. I also compared it to the timer that is listed in the b.net UI (if enabled), and the score screen, and a physical stopwatch that I had. Unfortunately, since a physical stopwatch doesn't stop once the game does automatically, and the game UI continues timer after the game ends, the most accurate one seems to be the score screen. This one sadly has some sort of constant being added, somewhere between 10 and 15 seconds.
Here is the data that I found:

Code
Minerals     Game Timer     Score Screen Timer     Stopwatch Timer        SS Constant     %     Speed / Notes

480     40     175     160     15     25%     Speed: Slowest
2160     180     787.5     720     67.5     23%     (Not actual data, just x4.5 of slowest)
2160     180     304     289     15     62%     Speed: Normal
2160     180     256     243     13     74%     Speed: Fast
2160     180     195     181     14     98%     Speed: Fastest
2160     180     195     182     13     98%     Speed: Fastest x6
41428     3544     3494     3544     -50     102%     Speed: Fastest, wasn't present at end. (Setting a 1 hour timer and it ending at just under 59 minutes is a bit annoying)
1     3     14     4     10     150%
    80     92     ??         100%     x0
2160     180     169     156     13     115%     Speed: Fastest x1.1
2160     180     169     157     12     115%     Speed: Fastest x1.3
2160     180     169     157     12     115%     Speed: Fastest x1.4
2160     180     169     156     13     115%     Speed: Fastest x1.9
2160     180     139     128     11     142%     Speed: Fastest x2
2160     180     139     125     14     142%     Speed: Normal x2
2160     180     144     131     13     136%     Speed: Fastest x2.99 with +1 as obs ("obs" or obs, I don't remember)
2160     180     139     128     11     142%     Speed: Fastest x2.99 with +0
2160     180     104     93     11     196%     Speed: Fastest x3
2160     180     103     92     11     198%     Speed: Fastest x3.9
2160     180     64     54     10     346%     Speed: Fastest x4
2160     180     16     6     10     4500%     Speed: Fastest x5

The biggest takeaway is that decimals don't matter, X1-X5 *suppress* the listed game speed, X1=115%, x2=142%, of fastest speed. Anything x3 or above *cant* be played with multiple humans. The speed of x5 suggests that theres some sort of subtraction going on (potentially a frameskip?), and that additional players throws off the data by adding additional score screen and stopwatch time.

The obvious "trolling" tactic would be to set a game to slowest and do #x6. You could assure people that it would be fast, but x6 actually does nothing (as does x0)

If anyone wants to make this into a more purdy post, and/or into a Wiki Article, be my guest.

Edit: Attached the map used. Despite it being quite simple to make.

Sylph-Of-Space -- It would be so so so nice if SCMDraft had some kind of dedicated "walkability" view for the tilesets.
