Trying to detect what kind of cheat code used from replay file

From this issue I know that the cheat used in this replay is "black cheap wall", but this can be different if the cheat wasn't the 1st in-game, I wonder if any1 knows how those cheat data are coded/structured in the replay files.

O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- below the minimap should be a thing that says "Overlay Settings" with a little + button in the corner, press the + to expand it, uncheck Use Defaults, then change "Tile Overlay" to "Height"
