File Description
Terrain palettes that lack the color cycling indexes used to animate water, tar, magma, etc. Useful for anyone who's in the business of terrain editing and doesn't want their custom terrain to sparkle.

Make sure you use this palette when converting your image from RGB to indexed color and it should work. However, don't use the -nc tileset file when compiling your custom assets with a tileset editor, or your water won't animate anymore.

Thanks to FaRTy for explaining this to me.

O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- below the minimap should be a thing that says "Overlay Settings" with a little + button in the corner, press the + to expand it, uncheck Use Defaults, then change "Tile Overlay" to "Height"

Sylph-Of-Space -- It would be so so so nice if SCMDraft had some kind of dedicated "walkability" view for the tilesets.
