IceCCUI requires Java Runtime Environment - Get it at http://java.com/getjava/

This program is used for decompiling iscript.bin into human-readable text files. That is, it can produce the scripts that drive the animations of StarCraft units, projectiles, doodads, and so forth from the binary format.
It also compiles human-readable scripts into iscript.bin, allowing modders to change the animations, patterns, and certain other behaviour of units.
