Should linked pages' names be bold?

If we are going to go for a convention. I would suggest we have all external links (eg. http://www.youtube.com) in italics... and all internal links (eg. /Weapons_Tutorial) in bold. But, that is just my personal choice.

In the end, I decided that for the Starter Guide's purpose, I would bold only the non-tutorials internal wiki (that is, the one explaining Doodads, Regions, Points, Movers, etc.)... the most important part!
