Just finishing up another glass of champagne. The vodka at the end of my desk looks tempting. It keeps whispering to me, "The Coca Cola in the fridge would go great with me! -Or, how about you take me with the rest of the orange juice."

I was watching the countdown, and it was Time Square's being re-played for central time. It did not bother me until I changed the station to the Chicago's countdown where the whole recording of the event was a complete shit-fest compared to New York. I mean, I know the viewings were live, but NBC had ABC beat in both audio and video. They were also pretty much dull in the entertainment section, as they are every year, but that is besides the point. Old Year's Night is a complete New York event with all their raining confetti. At least Chicago has the firework show.

There was also the Billboards New Year's Eve on television. I like how Kanye West was the number one male artist of the year. I elbowed my friend, and told him, "Watch, watch. Beyoncé is going to be number two, and Taylor Swift is going to be number one female artist of the year." Sure enough, BAM, that is exactly what happened!
CALLED IT ! Not that is was too hard to guess it, though. It might have been for me since I do not listen to any of them.

To give this topic a bit more substance: What did everyone drink last night? I had a colt 45 and a bunch of wine. I was drunk enough to have a good time shooting fireworks out of the back of my friend's truck. It was a good night.

I didn't drink a thing, and went to bed right before new years.

My brother decided to ruin it for us by throwing a fucking retarded tantrum over nothing, which continues today.

I watched Step Brothers and Just let new years pass by :\

I had a horrible tasting glass of cheap champaigne, listened to the parents bitch and whine for no reason, then played starcraft until 3 am and went to bed because I was bored. Best new year ever, Now I'm sitting in my house while it pours rain like a mofo out there.

I took ecstasy for new years, and later 2 shots of vodka and one of Kaula or something.

Most amazing night ever, i called almost everybody i know to say happy new years and i love them.

Holy crap guys. You all need to take a few shots and relax. Its a new year, forget about last year. I don't know of many people who look at last year fondly. Out with the old in with the new!

I have the sudden urge to watch Fruits Basket. Farewell.

I was going to eat miso soup and rice for lunch, but I fell asleep instead. Only 2300, normally I stay 'wake 'till 0300 or so. =\

New Year's Eve this year (er, last year) was the most boring night of my life. I was the only kid at the party, so I sat in the basement and played Fable for four hours.

lots of bacardi, and a bit of captain morgan. too much. would have been a fine night at college, but at home... bleh.
