It would be too easy for people to rule out people as being town idiot or not. O, and start the game by Sunday at the latest! We're already loaded with people.

Yes, moose, you cannot just not give a town idiot role to anyone who doesn't have minerals enabled. It would be too easy for people to rule out people as being town idiot or not.
