The American population is fucking retarded. They're so convinced that their kids are going to be brainwashed by the president that they're actually keeping them home from school. I saw in a video one bitch crying over how wrong she thought this was. Other presidents have done this before, and only Obama is getting bashed for it. It parents don't want their kids to see stuff like this, send them to fucking private school.

the speech before it got changed also had something to do with 'kids, think of ways to help the president accomplish his goals' , and according to my parents and the republicans his goals are shit.

The speech was never changed, and never mentioned this. There was a list of possible lesson plans teachers could use for an assignment if they wanted their students to do some kind of work after watching the video. Like how you have to write a report on animals you saw when your 5th grade class went to the zoo on a field trip.
