Chances are that this is too expensive for small/medium constructions and doesn't really fit a budget. When you're constructing someone, unless your client says "MAKE IT ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY NO MATTER WHAT THE COST IS" you're usually looking to cut down the costs so your client doesn't get angry.
The only ones that could afford this are the huge companies that just give you a blank check and say "Build me something" but let's face it they do not care about the environment or they'd have started already by not building those ugly tall crystal buildings. And anyway, nobody builds up that high with bricks in there.
Anybody has a price per block? I can't seem to find one.
