With the advent of Starforge:Ultimate, I
would suggest am suggesting separating SCMDraft, SF:U, and all the other editors from the UMS Assistance topic. If not at the moment, I suspect that soon there will be enough topics for them to warrant their own forum, and having the "Final Call for SCMDraft" and "SF Ultimate" topics pinned in UMS Assistance is almost detrimental to the actual purpose of the topic, since it doesn't allow people's Assistance topics to be displayed on the main page since they are so often posted in. I think SCMDraft and SF used to even have their own forums in the old SEN, but 1 forum for all editors I think would suffice.
Just a suggestion.

None.
Let me show you how to hump without making love.
I thought that's what this forum was for
http://www.staredit.net/forums/37/
None.
They should both just have their own projects sub forum
http://www.staredit.net/forums/30/ That's actually the reason IP originally make that projects sub-forum.
I think the project links are pretty easy to miss though, just because it's just one random image really.
None.
But that's not what it is...
Man that's really useful. I don't know how many people would stumble upon that, but that helps me look at that SEN observer forum more.
None.
But probably we still need a separate forum dedicated to SC tools.
MacroTriggers production thread,
RubyWrappers for trigedit generation,
PROEdit / SCMIE source all could have gone there if such a forum existed.
Some.
No time like the present to start.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"
Are there enough topics related specifically to editors? (IE, that don't actually belong in Mapping Assistance)
Is the google group sufficent for StarForge?
Is the UMS Theory and Ideas a fitting place for program development? Would General StarCraft be more fitting?
All of these are factors.
SF:U has one topic on SEN and there is a google group that seems to be where most detailed alpha-testing discussion that Heimdal wants would take place... Unless topics start popping up here (that aren't "OMGSUGGESTION", because that already exists), I don't think it is necessary.
Other than suggestions, what else would be discussed on SEN if that Google site exists?

All being in one group might work. I don't like the idea of a single forum for every editor, though.
It could also be a place people post problems with editors, I suppose.
