Need more info...
as in what the game type actually is...

Is it a massing game?
Is it some kind of diplomacy/territorial game?
How does it work??

This is more of an arcade map which allows you to experience what its like being in control. Think of it like the Holocaust (and no, I'm definitely not making fun of the Holocaust. That is a very tragic event.)

I would suggest taking a poll and ask what groups of people other people hate. Some of those seem like they aren't too hated at all.

My suggestions for groups:

Idiots
Noobs
Rappers
Wigri (AKA the "W" word)
Step-parents
People who win American Idol and go on to Release CD's
Homeless people
Minority of player's choice.

you failed to give any of those teams their opposites.

You also failed to read what he already had listed

-> Rappers

My mistake, I meant to propose those as the 8 groups to keep/change to, not to be added.

Seems like rappers are pretty commonly hated... I might just have to add something special for them.

I'll consider those guys, thanks!

You can add terrorist, (try not to be racist with this one)

Another suggestion would be to make a leader for each group so after your done killing you fight a boss,
so this arcade style could feel changeling

Different Modes ?!?

Boss Rush (Kills Bosses)
Story (Kill Stuff, then bosses, mabey add a storyline)
Sandbox (just killing =p)
Challenge (where the people have more power [ie more starting ups])
Hunter (where you have a large area and have to find people[having junk yard ai script would help])

That is the point of Hatred. Total prejudicial fun! Because honestly, I don't see what its going to hurt if no one else is in the map with you (remember, its single player for a reason).

I'll probably make a difficulty branch off of it to make it harder but a storyline can't really fit with this kind of arcade map lol.

I think the boss Idea is pretty sweet. Say for example, if the player kills 200 Rappers, Souja Boy comes out on the battlefield as a boss. He can be harder to kill than a normal rapper and worth more points.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Soulja Boy hardly counts as a rapper. Kill him with fire T_T

Yeah I'll consider it.

Now, if anyone has ideas for what Bosses can be made I would appreciate it some ideas.

Pr0nogo -- NudeRaider
NudeRaider shouted: NudeRaider Background: In music this has caused a loudness war, over the past decades where artists amplified their works more and more to sound more prominent than others. In this context it's actually perceived negative, because while for the untrained listener this creates a more effectful (because louder) piece, it actually destroys the finer details artists used to play very quietly. But because the latter is only appreciated by music enthusiasts with good stereo equipment, the former targets a larger audience and thus has proven more commercially successful.
yeah this happens in all media now, sc2's sfx compared to sc1's is a good example of loudness war. also commercials/youtube ads being way louder than the content you're watching

NudeRaider shouted: SiKiN Don't wanna persuade you to do anything, Sikin, but Pronogo has a point. Uniformly lifting the wave form can only do so much (you noticed that you hit a ceiliing pretty early) but if you use a method that amplifies quiet component more than loud components the resulting perceived loudness will go up much quicker without hitting distortion.
