I'm in with a modded map called Summoner.

Catapultam habeo. Nisi pecuniam omnem mihi dabis, ad caput tuum saxum immane mittam.

It seems like most of my "map" will actually be accomplished by the mod. In particular, the terrain will be randomly-generated, enemy spawns will be handled by a custom AI script, and the player's spells will be controlled by a plugin. Honestly, I probably won't even have to open SCMDraft, except to place some start locations and do a few transmissions. The game will, however, be rather epic (in theory) because of how far it goes beyond what a normal map can do. Is this okay, and how will it affect the scoring?

I think I can answer that for you:

all judging, however, should be on the actual RPG aspects of the map, rather than the mod itself.

I think that means that having a nice mod will not help your score that much, although I'm assuming he means that they're basically grading the mapping aspect, and the mod is just to make it present a little better, so maybe I'm wrong.

Sounds like an RPG, doesn't matter that you're accomplishing it via Mod.

Judging by the most recent posts in your thread, I assumed it was over.

I would like to have my game previously titled "Silent Hill: Merciless Dreams" to be changed to "Silent Hill: Restless Dreams" (without quotations of course ^_^)

Also here's a link to check out the game progress (still in progress, about 70% through atm).

Silent Hill: Restless Dreams

Count my map in still... I had to take a break and didn't think I'd make it. I'm still going to cut it close but I'd still like to be a part of the comp =)

sorry >.<

The few who finish will be contesting a beta from our end. Nightfall won't be finished by the end of December, and not for lack of effort.

I'm pulling out. Life got in the way.

Red classic.

I have mostly left SEN except for the Temple Siege 2 forum (hidden to most of you). I am available via PM still, and Skype as JackRCDF.

If it is important to you, you will find a way. Otherwise, you will find an excuse. -Unknown
Magnificent!
Perhaps you shouldn't be on SEN as much, too...
