Strange EUD

I got a map from my korean friend who got a trigger from his korean friend (wow) and this EUD trigger uses something like Player 10323746 or something like that and I don't know how on earth you can place such a Player number into a trigger... Because it seems to me that neither SCMDraft nor StarForge can do that job.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

Are you sure that the value wasn't the unit ID?
can you upload the map?

Can't for various reasons, but the unit is a Marine, and the player number in SCMDraft is "Unknown", and in Starforge it is P14270236 or something like that.

Better yet, a copy of the trigger (you're not spoiling the map, you're just extracting a trigger).

You should be able to export EUDs with StarEdit. You can import them...
Also, EUDs can be based on Player ID rather than Unit ID. But Terran Marine..? That wouldn't be far past the death table at all.

Yeah, but doesn't player ID only go up to 255? Or can it go past it with EUDs?

256 (or 255.. whether you are 1- or 0-based) is the max as far as I know.
The value is actually 4 bytes, but I'd have to look at the ASM to see how it is actually handled. I do not believe that any player > 256 works.
