It's built into the actual browser. You'll have to do it on each individual account. What are you trying to do? Hack the school computers to redirect to porn or something?

If you are configuring network-wide group policies, I think there is a setting for it. This would only be for if your user logons are handled by a computer with a server version of Windows acting as a domain controller, though (as far as I know).
