Hi there.

So let's say I wanted to freeze every unit of a player, would I make his men move to a location on unwalkable terrain, or would it have to be a location outside of map limits?

either one. If it's off the map, you can do air units too.
Of the sparkling wines, the most famous is Perth Pink. This is a bottle with a message in, and the message is 'beware'. This is not a wine for drinking, this is a wine for laying down and avoiding.

Another good fighting wine is Melbourne Old-and-Yellow, which is particularly heavy and should be used only for hand-to-hand combat.

Ah, well I was looking to freeze air-units as well. Ok thanks, I know it was a stupid question, but I couldn't find it in the Tutorials.

Ryan, those two methods make the units invincible for attacks (but still targetable). If you want to be able to attack them normally, there are two other metods:
-Constantly order the unit to move to his own location
-Constantly give the unit between players

Air units can go on unwalkable terrain, so that kind of ruins it. You could place some air units there already (buildings), for the same effect, but it's much easier to have an off screen location.

I don't seem to understand. Why would it make them invincible?

It wouldn't necessarily make them invincible, it would make them invulnerable.
If you move a unit all attacks on it become nullified and are more than likely to miss.

Move, as in Move 'unit' to 'location'? Or move, as in Order?

Farty means move as in move from one location directly to another. Like teleporting.

So if I Order, then it wouldn't render them invulnerable, correct?

It shouldn't. They'd just be constantly walking to the same location.

Also, if I remember correctly, attacks that appear on target (siege tank, marine, ghost, anything without a projectile) will be more likely to hit than others with a projectile.

When you use order they will be vulnerable to attacks and the attacks will not miss.

Farty, you are correct. Units with projectiles such as Dragoons will look like they fired but if a unit gets moved (teleport) right after they fire it will miss and the projectile will disappear and not damage the target. But that will only happen when you use the teleport way.

Would'nt the best way be constant unit checking? i mean giving unit to computer, order to move to own location, and then go on till all units are ordered, and then repeat?

Of course, if you want them to be able to hit them more often, and still stand still, you can use a death count to make it run like every other loop or something instead of constantly.
