This is a true challenge of strategy and sense. A huge source of energy has been detected and your supply of energy is dwindling. Its the only main source you'll have of energy, but be warned -- once you control this source of energy, your resource supply will be purged as it takes it in to supply you with pure power. If your resource amount hits zero, it rejects you and all units/buildings you made that are in direct connection with the energy source will be destroyed. Or, you can try to destroy this source of energy before someone else gets it. What will you choose to do?
A vast array of weapons, units, and upgrades will be made available to you, no matter which race you choose, but many require energy to be constructed. Expanding your space empire will serve you good since many of these weapons can destroy buildings in as little as two hits. Allying will be allowed ingame, even in melee -- so use this to your advantage when trying to take out the player that controls the energy source.
Ideas and such:
All three races will be changed
Each race will have at least 12 units at its disposal, at least 25 upgrades, and at least 50 weapons
AI will be created
Random crap will be flying around
Its a space mod -- yes, yet another one
It will be balanaced
Current Problems ( ):
"You think you can just walk away?
You think it is over just because you have won?
It is never over...
You can never walk away...
Ah, yes, and lolicon will be included. Many will cry, some will die, and all will be arrested.

You see that thing in the last picture? The orange thing sorrounded by blue? Thats the energy source ( vespene geyser ), you take control of it and it supplies you with energy at the expnese of taking minerals (resources) from you. You need energy for most units, so doing this is a huge gambit -- be able to create these units, or risk dying or losing all your minerals.
The thing is, your set amount of energy you have at the beginning of the game constantly decreases.

Kharoshilisa (Zerg) AI; Insane (Cheating) AI; Tier Format
4 Zergling and Hydralisk Attacks
Final Assault Attack
Techs to highest buildings
Builds doubles of buildings
3 massive assualts
2 assaults w/Mutalisks
Final Assault Attack
Techs and Upgrades
Scourges and Hunter Killers Introduced to Attacks
Final Attack Assault
Expo expands and builds defense
Original base beefs up defense
Creates unit specific counters to player's units.
Final Attack Assault
Finishes Techs and Upgrades
Main Base builds up defense
Expo builds Gaurdians and Devourers as defense
Gaurdian and Hydralisk Assault
Zergling and Mutalisk And Devourer Assault
Decides to take the enegy supply or not.
If it does, it will defend it at ALL costs
Special AI will be created if it manages to hold the AI for 30 seconds
Super Unit Created (its like a Mutalisk with 500 damage bounce attacks)
Attack with super unit
Gaurdian and Devourer Assault
12 Expos sent out
Hydralisk and Mutalisk Defense
Hero Units created in comparison to Players Units
Final 3 Assualts -- Pretty much every thing is sent out and sent on suicide missions and attacks.
The computer maxes units and pretty much kills the sprite limit in a matter of seconds.
The computer sends out one final assault
The computer gives up and becomes rescuable.
EDIT: I completely forgot to mention: Special thanks to bajadulce -- whose tutorials on BWAI were very helpful in helping me come up with design --, poiuy_qwert -- whose programs and AI comments helped me get the AI where it is now (after rewriting it 3 times... >.>) -- and ISKATUMESK -- who pretty much inspired me with most of my modding techniques. Sounds like you're going to be utilizing PYAI's debug command to announce when the different tiers are activated. Maybe somehow you can reward the player with some cash for each level that they manage to negotiate.
"Congrats FOOL! You have managed to foil my *(insert tier 1 name) and I am amused. Here is some $ to further prepare yourself for my amusement. Prepare yourself for *(insert tier 2 name)."

I'm not just "utilizing PYAI's debug command", I'm using pretty much every command possible, even the one's that have unknown functions .
And about your mineral idea. I MIGHT add it. The player is already getting minerals from their homeworld, so, I dunno. We'll see when I finish off the Kharoshilisa AI.

BinEdit2 has less unknowns. I spent like a day figuring out what (some of them) them do.
