Try Crysis if you have a kick-ass computer. If not, try Call Of Duty 4, if you are into multiplayer.
There is F.E.A.R., which is a FPS horror-ish sorta game. Its pretty fun. Then there is Homeworld 1, 2, and Cataclysm, which you will like if you enjoy space-based RTS games. (HW1 and Cataclysm are very old though, but classics nonetheless) If you do buy #2, just make sure you play it with mods, for some of the mods for Homeworld 2 are like so: Mod>>>original game. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

StarCraft's a land-based RTS. ;P
Homeworld/etc. actualy take place in space - all the units are self-contained flying vessels ( or position-maintaining, atleast... ) , gameplay never occurs significantly near planets ( so far's I know - never touched Homeworld 2. I doubt it'd be any different, though... ) , and the game field is entirely 3D, with little-or-no orientation bias. Oh, and Homeworld also has an awesome soundtrack. =D Ambient ftw. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am gooey...
