I disagree.

When I used to map I used to join random tests and some of them were like "OMG You're CORBO" I was rather famous specially in the bounds area. Anyway, I'd give them ideas to motivate them even when they say they couldn't do them, I said I'd help them and find me on X channel so they went, talked 10 minutes then I randomly joined a cats vs mice game and never see them again.

When I used to map I used to join random tests and some of them were like "OMG You're CORBO" I was rather famous specially in the bounds area.

I try to act like I actually no something about mapping. "Yeah, maybe a trigger should go....there" I don't know what to say, I only know that its not a great map :D I tell them to find scmdraft, sometimes tell them to come here. But thats b'out all I can do :|

:lol: I never realized that, but I probably play SEN members maps all the time, and don't even realize they made it. I just found out UnholyUrine was a SENer yesterday, and I was amazed :P The one map maker I would like to meet is E.x.c.i.t.i.n.g :)

I generally point towards a mapping community or tool. I think I introduced at least one guy towards SEN (Ever have a day where some guy in Public maps just seems to be following you?).

I don't even really help new mappers anymore because they're all assholes. Everyone spoofs and drophacks now and are most likely 12-15 and or old and pissed off at the world.

2.) Show you up. (It has.. happened... Not directly towards you necessarily.)
