Google m4p converter to mp3 and for burning them... Windows Media Player (or winamp? or itunes) has that built in, you don't need a virtual drive.

Im fairly sure if you know how to use winamp, you could convert to Mp3. Or do like I do. Winamp disk writer, Write to .wav, open in Fruity Loops 5, Write as .mp3. Kay. :D
