now that i understand DataEdit(almost). I want to jump to the next lvl (Firgraft ,IScripts at last!)
i've open the iceCC but what luck i dont know where to start. and i still have questions that needed to be answered so my mind can learn
-what does Iscript can do in modding starcraft
-how to use iceCC
-how to make a weapon bounce....
-how to make melee weapons reach air units( also firebats)
-is it really that complicated to explain Iscripts?
btw in FireGraft i have some question also?
-i did make buttons but i can't click it in-game(i make buttons that can train SCV and Drone w/ no requirements in nexus but in-game they are unclickable and unresearched)
-is it possible to have a drone, SCV and probe as starting workers(i tried changing the starting workers but if i change the first the rest follows)
-Allow to train zerg at any building(Allows all Zerg buildings to train units, not only the Infested Command Center. Originally removed in patch 1.13c/fixed Infested Command Center in 1.13d.)it is in Firgraft exe edits what does it mean?
-Id if change the Overlord as Yggdrasil in starting zerg units can AI players use it?
-can i make a spawn larva in other buildings(like spawning Pool?)
-in creep spawn, larva spawn timer is faster the values are lower?
-what does ___ Unit ID in exe digits mean?
-what plug-ins can i insert in Firegraft? and where can i download these files?
and others...

It can do a LOT of things. Download one of Iskatu Mesk's mods just to see how powerful it is.

You need to change the requirements in the requirements tab for all 3 of them. In this case, (assuming you want other races to still build their workers)
Current unit is:
Nexus
Or
Current unit is
Command Center
is not constructing addon
is not lifted off
Or
Current unit is
Larva
and so on. Look at the requirements of other units and you will get this fast.

See that little "Disable EXE edit links" checkbox? Uncheck that, then change your starting workers.

This means that you can make a hyrda build at a Hydra den, for example. Of course, you still have to add the buttons to it and everything.

Or if you want the entire map (including sounds, etc.) as a scm or scx, extract all the files that go with it in that folder in install.exe, then add it to a new mpq (with .scm or .scx file extension), but add it without all the extra folder names (make the folders like in other scm or scx files). This will make an actual scm or scx that works as it should in the campaign editor and starcraft.
